The suspect, a Hispanic man in white, jumps from the moving vehicle and dashes through alleys until apprehended, claiming, “I didn’t shoot at anyone.” He explains he fled due to fear. His vehicle crashes into a tree, revealing a loaded gun inside. Witnesses reported he fired several shots.
