In "X Marks the Spot," the Pussycats form a friendship with Professor Isaac Belfour, an inventor of an invisibility serum. Concerned for his safety from Mr. X, a disgruntled ex-assistant who has taken the formula for himself, they invite him to join them on their performance in Puddletown, England. As they navigate the challenges of the show, they also work to keep the professor safe from the clutches of Mr. X, ensuring the formula doesn't fall into the wrong hands.
