Jo and Al head to Yorkshire to visit Anastasia, whose living situation has become quite dire. Struggling with cerebral palsy, she faces significant challenges with household chores. As a result, her home has fallen into a filthy condition, to the point where she occasionally wakes up with flies in her mouth.
