Rabbi Mordechai and his wife Blima, who was born in America, are the proud parents of nine children ranging from one to 16 years old. As part of the Hasidic Chabad movement, they maintain a rigorously Orthodox Jewish lifestyle at home, diligently following traditional guidelines that govern everything from their diet to their marital relationships. However, their life is far from insular; Mordechai serves a diverse congregation of 800 families within the community, catering to varying degrees of religious observance.
