A student unexpectedly gives birth at school, raising the question of who the father might be—could it possibly be one of the teachers? Lorna, against Izzie's counsel, chooses to end her pregnancy without her husband's knowledge, but Tom later has a change of heart and expresses a desire for the aborted child. Meanwhile, Andrew introduces a house system, which leads to chaotic and unforeseen results.
