Deer (S03E01)

Nine visitors arrive at the Balavil estate nestled in the Scottish Highlands, where they immerse themselves in the hunting and butchering of wild deer to gain insight into how the trendy meat, venison, makes its way to their plates. The participants practice rifle techniques and stalking before they gut the deer on the moor, ultimately bringing it back to the house for skinning.
