After being abruptly let go, a furious Richard grapples with a difficult choice: take a reduced position as CTO or walk away from Pied Piper for good. Meanwhile, Erlich becomes fond of Jack Barker, Laurie’s new CEO pick, while Dinesh and Gilfoyle consider their paths without Richard. Over at Hooli, Gavin seeks to enhance his reputation by owning up to his failures, and Big Head learns about significant shifts taking place.
