Renji, one of Tsubaki's closest friends, fondly recalls old memories, exchanging stories with Yoshino and Kirishima. However, the mood shifts when Hotei arrives home from work. Renji calls Kirishima and Shoma to the basement, where they face questioning regarding the recent disturbances involving semi-outlaw groups in the Kansai region, a situation that also implicated Yoshino.
