Acting on a lead from Batgirl, the Dynamic Trio converge at the Grimalkin Novelty Company, the lair of the Joker and Catwoman. While eavesdropping, they learn of the villains' sinister scheme and stealthily follow them to a concealed cache of gunpowder. However, a blunder on the villains' part derails their nefarious plan, resulting in their capture and subsequent appearance before a Gotham City judge. Chaos erupts in the courtroom when the jury appears indifferent to the pursuit of justice, leading to a wild turn of events.
