After his car gets wrecked by the chaos of beach traffic, Dan becomes determined to take revenge on the beach itself. Frustrated and angry, he devises a plan to wreak havoc on the sandy shores, vowing to make the beach pay for the damage to his vehicle. As his scheme unfolds, the consequences of his actions begin to affect not only the beachgoers but also his own sense of morality.
