The Last Rune-God: Rayearth, the Lord of Fire (S01E18)

Alcyone secretly observes Zagato conversing with Emeraude. She realizes that instead of physically attacking her, he is only creating chaos through his words, which amplifies her doubts about the "kidnapping" of Princess Emeraude. Meanwhile, Mokona guides the girls into a steaming volcano where the final Machine awaits Hikaru. Umi and Fuu grow increasingly anxious as Hikaru begins to behave strangely and suddenly vanishes, just like the others. As all this unfolds, Zagato arrives at the volcano just as Hikaru enters. He drains Umi and Fuu of their powers right before Hikaru returns. After a brief exchange with Zagato, he also takes Hikaru's abilities and, without warning, launches a fireball at Umi and Fuu.
