Tony and his close friend, celebrated chef Eric Ripert, embark on an adventure through the remote indigenous Andes, hunting for an elusive type of wild cocoa believed to be the finest on the planet. Their journey takes them from the vibrant streets of contemporary Lima deep into the ancient landscapes of pre-Columbian Peru.
