Blair arrives back from her trip abroad, flaunting a handsome new boyfriend, which triggers jealousy in Chuck, who regrets abandoning her at the heliport. Meanwhile, Dan has been busy all summer working as an assistant for a well-known author. Jenny, interning at Eleanor Waldorf’s company, manages to snag an invitation to the exclusive White Party, where Eric introduces her to the glamorous socialite Tinsley Mortimer.
