Lindsey and Eric decide to gamble on a property, paying more than they should for what they believe will be a straightforward flip. To compensate for the excessive price, they opt to incorporate upscale finishes in hopes of appealing to luxury buyers. However, as renovation expenses escalate, the project becomes increasingly challenging and far from the simple flip they envisioned.
