After Cybill's harsh remarks following a lamb attack on a live broadcast, animal rights activists, led by Shari Lewis and her puppet Lamb Chop, initiate a campaign against her. During a live interview at a zoo promoting "Lifeforms," Cybill is bitten by a lamb and reacts inappropriately. To salvage her reputation, Andy persuades her to speak at an animal rights banquet. Meanwhile, Cybill is dating a younger man who appears perfect, while Maryann struggles with the awkwardness of her new boyfriend sharing the same name as her ex-husband.
