Shattered Dreams (S03E02)

In an abandoned house, the lifeless body of a 17-year-old hopeful artist is discovered. The family, heartbroken and fearing the case will remain cold forever, struggles to cope with their loss. However, after 13 years, a breakthrough in DNA technology gives detectives new leads, reigniting hope for justice and bringing the possibility of closure to the grieving family.
