Lisa feels a deep sense of longing for their luxurious Park Avenue penthouse. To comfort her, Oliver shares the tale of Gus and Etta, a struggling farmer and his Hungarian wife who, despite their hardships, embrace their new life on the farm. Sadly, their story takes a tragic turn when a sudden flood wipes out their farm. This heartbreaking conclusion only intensifies Lisa's desire to return to the comforts of Park Avenue.
