In an effort to rekindle his romance with Victoria, he blurs the lines between work and personal life. Meanwhile, Madison secures a high-value client in a challenging market, prompting him to reevaluate his own identity. A broker invites Chad, Madison, and Josh to collaborate on a charity project, but their strong personalities lead to conflicts as they attempt to work together.
