Screwy is heartbroken to learn his favorite constellation is fading away, so Olie rallies the whole town of Polieville to look up and appreciate the Widget stars before it's too late. Meanwhile, Olie and Billy hit a wall with their school project—they can't finish their castle the usual way, so they try a completely different approach. When a field trip to Pappy's farm is announced, Screwy brags that he's the best at everything, setting himself up for a big challenge.
