Death of Innocence (S01E05)

On a scorching summer afternoon, the homicide unit responds to a tragic scene where 9-year-old Annaijh Rolax was innocently using her new laptop when a hail of bullets struck her apartment, claiming her life in a drive-by shooting. Meanwhile, on the other side of town, construction workers stumble upon the body of another young victim. 15-year-old Shawn Powe lies there, shot twice and left visible along a shortcut to school that many of his peers use regularly. The team is now determined to pursue justice for these two innocent lives lost too soon.
