In another twist, Stumpy has embraced a new racing trend—hamster racing—and he challenges Robert from Denwell Burn to a showdown. Amidst the chaos, Ben is caught off guard as Nikki and Stella secretly arrange for him and Claire to come to the Grove for a farewell. They finally admit their feelings for each other, but just as Claire decides against joining her parents in Tenerife, she stumbles upon Ben and Nikki in a compromising situation.
