Meanwhile, Chris's biological father resurfaces after three decades, igniting a mix of anger and resentment towards him and her parents, who had led her to believe he was deceased. In another subplot, a thief makes off with Jeff Pierce's prized pink jersey, prompting T.C. and Victor to take racing lessons from an expert to track down the culprit.
