Vasya finally realizes his dream of acquiring the villa, and he welcomes his mother and team into their new home. Yet, what starts as a joyous occasion soon transforms into a nightmare. The once-gentle Vasya gradually succumbs to the allure of power, evolving into a megalomaniac. As his personality shifts, the villa becomes a symbol of his growing arrogance and greed, straining relationships with those closest to him.
