Title: Anniversary Plot: As Sgt. MacDonald's anniversary approaches, the officers strive to find a suitable gift on a tight budget, ultimately deciding on a bottle of champagne. However, their plans take a dark turn when they discover that the liquor store owner has been shot during a robbery attempt. Malloy and Reed later uncover the robber’s body in a park, killed by the owner in self-defense. Meanwhile, they grapple with other cases, including a former wrestler causing chaos at a bar, a man with an alarming number of traffic tickets, a used car dealer exploiting a non-English speaking customer, and two thieves struggling to maneuver a mismatched truck and camper.
