Albert grows increasingly frustrated with Lehzen's sway over the queen, worried that her influence may endanger their child's well-being. Meanwhile, the prince inadvertently complicates matters for Peel, who is confronting a pivotal moment in his political life by challenging the corn laws, only to discover that Albert has inadvertently assisted their opponents.
