Dr. Curtis Knox claims he possesses the ability to "heal" individuals of their "meteor freak" condition, offering them a chance at a new life. Intrigued by this possibility, Chloe becomes drawn to his methods. However, it soon becomes evident that Dr. Knox harbors a hidden agenda of his own.
