Water (S01E02)

The Great Rift Valley is home to a remarkable variety of waterways, including rivers, lakes, waterfalls, mineral springs, and coral seas, stretching from Egypt all the way to Mozambique. Some of the deep lakes and ocean depths conceal unique life forms that have never been observed before, while the harsh caustic waters test the limits of survival. However, the volcanic minerals that enrich the Rift's waterways create the most breathtaking gatherings of birds, mammals, and fish found anywhere in Africa.
