Adebisi's death continues to cast a shadow over Oz. Despite Glynn's reservations and with the Governor's special approval, a TV news crew arrives to film in the prison. Ryan O'Reily quickly recognizes a familiar enemy in the lead reporter and sets out to get revenge. As the crew interviews inmates, Poet suggests that Adebisi's videotapes could reveal a cover-up, prompting the producer to dig deeper. McManus learns of this and warns Glynn to eliminate Adebisi's tapes to prevent potential closure of Oz. That night, the reporter stays in a pod with Cyril for an authentic experience, but the plan backfires when Cyril, influenced by O'Reilly, violently attacks him.
