Jordan and Cain navigate their working relationship while treating a patient with severe injuries from an oil field explosion. Meanwhile, Drew and Paul are tasked with finding a way to save a patient who has lost a hand in the same incident. Scott is surprised when Annie arrives at the hospital with an unexpected visitor from his past. Kenny and Shannon face challenges as they adapt to their new living arrangement.
