A furious resident of The Glades, self-styled as "The Savior," goes on a rampage, kidnapping and killing those he deems responsible for the neighborhood's struggles. To make matters worse, he streams these heinous acts online, claiming he’s motivated by Arrow's brand of justice. Disturbed by this, Oliver is determined to stop "The Savior," especially after Thea tearfully reveals that Roy has been abducted. Meanwhile, Laurel is taken aback when her father begins to entertain her mother’s belief that Sara is still alive. Additionally, Malcolm instructs Moira to uncover who attempted to take his life.
