In one of the inaugural projects for 'Grand Design,' Andrew Tate and Deborah Mills came across a towering, crumbling water tower standing at an impressive 100 feet. Three years later, Kevin revisits Andrew and Deborah, who have settled into their modern extension, but they've yet to tackle the water tower and are still coping with limited bedroom space. Kevin makes another trip to check on their progress and see how they’ve managed since his last visit.
