Bolton: Ultra-Modern House (S17E05)

Paul Rimmer, a bricklayer from Bolton with extensive experience in restoring Victorian terrace houses, aims to create a cutting-edge home within a £350,000 budget. Surprisingly, he decides to construct this new house using wood, rather than the materials he has mastered over the past four decades. Joined by his wife Carol, daughter Abby, and a few trusted colleagues, Paul embarks on the ambitious five-bedroom project.
