Dope-landia (S05E05)

Portland’s open-minded culture has attracted a significant homeless population, which in turn is fueling one of the most dangerous drug markets in the Pacific Northwest. In this environment, dealers exploit vulnerable young people, luring them in with free samples of narcotics to create new addicts. As the number of local youths falling victim to heroin's grip continues to rise, law enforcement has prioritized breaking up the distribution networks to stem the tide of drugs entering the city.
