Dawson, now a producer in Los Angeles working on his autobiographical show 'The Creek,' still holds a place in his heart for Joey. Meanwhile, Joey, a thriving book editor in New York, returns home and grapples with her lingering feelings for her first love. Pacey runs the newly established Ice House and harbors hopes for Joey as well. Jen, a single mother living with Grams and running an art gallery in Soho, navigates her own challenges, while Jack, a teacher at Capeside High, finds love with Deputy Doug. Amidst the reunion, buried secrets rise to the surface, revealing both heartache and enduring affection.
