The nefarious Brainchild strikes again, enlisting his formidable Nanny-of-the-Apocalypse to ensnare The Tick, morphing him into a bizarre two-headed bird that clucks in broken French. Now stripped of his powers, The Tick is put up for auction by Brainchild. It falls to the remaining heroes to infiltrate the villainous gathering and rescue their friend from this peculiar predicament.
