A firearm is located in a holster on his waist, and Dr. G uncovers several pieces of evidence suggesting that he may have discharged his weapon before dying. The question arises: did he accidentally shoot himself, or was it a homicide? In another case, a 23-year-old man is found dead in his bed, surrounded by vomit after a night of excessive drinking. His mother mentions that he had been prescribed anxiety medication, leading Dr. G to suspect that the mix of alcohol and the medication could have been fatal. Will her theory hold up?
