Stepping in for the owner of Café Yamabushi, Tsurubishi is determined to create the best fried rice imaginable. Filled with enthusiasm, he begins his quest for the ideal ingredients. As night falls, Niikura, overcome by hunger, starts munching on anything she can find. At the same time, Kuratake, the barber infamous as “the baddest guy in CITY,” has been offloading gifts from his loyal customers. In CITY, shadows accompany every glimmer of light.
