Tragically, before he could do so, he was shot and killed at an inn on the Natchez Trace. Officially deemed a suicide, forensic geologist Scott Wolter begins to unravel evidence that casts doubt on this conclusion. As Wolter delves into the circumstances surrounding the demise of the legendary explorer, he uncovers hints that President Jefferson might have had hidden agendas related to the Lewis and Clark expedition, potentially linked to Lewis's untimely and violent end.
