This installment humorously critiques the absurdities of military bureaucracy. After a robbery depletes the 4077 of vital medical supplies, including Hydrocortisone, Hawkeye and Trapper take matters into their own hands. They seek out a well-known black market dealer in their quest for replacements. When they discover they lack anything of value to barter, the pair resorts to extreme measures to secure the necessary supplies.
