Laura remains uncertain about her decision regarding the baby and heads off to university. When Jamie finds out she left without informing him, he feels upset and chooses to track her down in Edinburgh. Meanwhile, Beth comes to the conclusion that if she wants to have any possibility of being with Jamie, she needs to act quickly and make her intentions known.
