Stardate: 41153.7. Captain Jean-Luc Picard embarks on the maiden voyage of the newly commissioned U.S.S. Enterprise (NCC-1701-D), tasked with unraveling the mysteries surrounding Farpoint Station. Along the way, they meet Q, a powerful entity who challenges humanity's moral standing and puts them on trial for their perceived savagery. It falls to Picard to demonstrate the more noble aspects of humanity, as the fate of the entire species hangs in the balance.
