Meanwhile, Bartlet faces a dilemma regarding 83 Chinese refugees who have secretly boarded a cargo ship, seeking asylum due to religious oppression. CJ grapples with the decision of which turkey the President should "pardon," while also attempting to rescue the other bird from being slaughtered. Additionally, Charlie is assigned the challenging task of finding a new carving knife for the President, which proves to be more complicated than anticipated.
