Following a grueling elimination round, the Top 12 junior chefs gear up for their next challenge, where the judges put their taste buds to the test in a blind tasting. Each contestant samples a dish crafted by Gordon Ramsay without seeing it, then attempts to replicate the flavors. The chef whose creation closely resembles Gordon's earns a valuable advantage. Later, in a team challenge, the junior cooks serve special dishes to a group of grandmothers for their inaugural restaurant task.
