While sailing along the canal, John spots a variety of things being trimmed and decides to explore further. He visits a nearby farm where he watches as the sheep get their wool sheared. Inspired, John later decides to tidy up his own appearance by trimming his beard. Meanwhile, Rosie and Jim get in on the fun by taking some sheep wool and playfully pretending to shear it themselves.
