Following a championship fight, a young boxer tragically collapses and passes away. His wife suspects foul play rather than an accident and seeks the help of Quincy, the coroner and a friend of the trainer. As Quincy conducts the autopsy, he starts to question the circumstances surrounding the death, sensing that something is amiss. His suspicions deepen when he is confronted by four thugs who ominously warn him to expedite his report, adding an air of danger to his investigation into the truth.
