Feeling the heat after the guests are let down by lunch, Nikita is determined to impress award-winning caterer Andrea and her family with an impeccable family-style Italian meal. Meanwhile, Jamie is trying to assert his leadership at the lodge, but struggles as the staff undermines his authority.
