The Accused (S01E06)

Neville encounters a German girl at a bar, and they decide to share a taxi ride home. Later, she becomes a victim of assault, leading to Neville's arrest, despite his claims of innocence. His English friends prove to be unhelpful in his time of need. Fortunately, a group of German construction workers takes it upon themselves to uncover the truth. They manage to locate the actual attacker and compel him to turn himself in to the authorities, ultimately clearing Neville's name.
