After Marge is mugged, she becomes deeply traumatized and develops agoraphobia, retreating to the basement. With limited distractions, she starts lifting weights from a set Homer picked up at Rainier Wolfcastle's garage sale. As she gains strength and confidence, she finally ventures outside. Inspired by her progress, she begins taking steroids to compete in a bodybuilding contest. However, one night at Moe's Tavern, her temper flares, leading her to wreak havoc and fight the patrons. Homer steps in, expressing his longing for the sweet woman he married. Realizing her transformation, Marge feels remorseful and decides to quit working out.
