Mario and Luigi snag a polar bear suit meant for a stage performance to impress Luigi's new girlfriend. Chaos ensues when a video of Mario dancing in the suit goes viral on YouTube. Meanwhile, Leanne is brought in to replace a sick dispatcher, spending the day with the inappropriate crew at dispatch. Tensions rise as the phone room and dispatch clash over the air conditioning settings. Keith discovers the twins are creating road rage for his boss, Amanda. Abdullah, the smelly courier, is advised to buy deodorant, while George, a disabled worker, learns to operate a forklift, and a frustrated florist demands his missing mushrooms.
