The team stumbles upon a seemingly great deal on a zombie property located in a desirable neighborhood, but it quickly proves to be too good to be true. Initially assuming they only face old termite issues without active infestations, their investigation reveals extensive damage lurking throughout the house. As they inspect the ceilings, floors, and more, it becomes clear that the structure is suffering from severe internal decay. To tackle the infestation, they must tent the house and undertake comprehensive repairs from the ground up to transform this troubled property into a livable home.
